The Network Defense Solutions, Inc. support system has been re-built from the ground up! We have taken into account each level of our business model and re-engineered our support system to assist the customer base in a whole new way. Currently we are offering remote assistance via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol, which is bundled within windows XP Professional, Vista and 7 Ultimate / Business). We are also providing our ticketing system which will allow you the availability to file a support issue and have one of our trained staff assist you as soon as possible. *Please note that remote support tickets are processed in order of urgency!*
